Movie Director Dr. Shots wanted total creative control of all parts of his films, but one of the more frustrating aspects of directing was getting Mother Nature to cooperate. So he built Weather, a sentient robot able to (mostly) take director notes to control weather and create the perfect backdrop for any scene. However Weather is tired of being background artist and wants to take center stage. He sees his battle with Blasten as the perfect opportunity to flaunt his acting chops, and he's especially looking forward to the part of the script where he destroys his purple supporting actor.
